Carbon credits that stand up to scrutiny.

We develop your carbon project from feasibility to MRV, with the methodology and field evidence that get its units registered and trusted by buyers.

Emission cuts that become carbon units.

A carbon project cuts or removes emissions compared with what would happen without it, for example through methane capture, renewable energy or mangrove restoration. The difference is calculated with an approved methodology, verified by an independent body and issued as carbon units in a registry. Those units can be sold, or retired to offset part of your own emissions.

Value that holds until the units are sold.

  • Recorded in the national registry

Carbon units traded on Indonesia's exchange must now sit in the Carbon Unit Registry System (SRUK), which tracks each project from registration to retirement. We prepare the documents and data so your project file is complete from the start.

  • Open to global buyers

Indonesia has mutual recognition agreements with Verra, Gold Standard, Plan Vivo and the Global Carbon Council. A project can be recorded in the national registry and under an international standard that voluntary buyers look for.

112 methodologies opened to projects in Indonesia through the Verra agreement.

  • Integrity built into the design

Validators and buyers check whether the reductions happen because of the project, whether the carbon stays stored, and whether any unit is claimed twice. We build the evidence for each question into the design document, so the project doesn't stall halfway.

  • Communities share the benefits

Indonesia's latest forestry carbon trading rule opens a role for customary communities, social forestry permit holders and private forest owners. We map stakeholders, run the consent process and design how benefits are shared.

From site screening to your first issued units.

  1. Redefine

    Screening and feasibility

We estimate the tonnes the project could reduce or remove, choose a suitable methodology and standard, then assess risks and project economics.

You receive: a feasibility report with estimated tonnes and project economics.

  2. Design

    Baseline and design documents

We measure the baseline on site and prepare the project design document (PDD) and MRV plan. The mitigation action is then recorded in the national climate registry (SRN PPI).

You receive: project documents ready for validation.

  3. Design

    Involve communities

We map stakeholders, run consultations and free, prior and informed consent (FPIC), then design benefit sharing.

You receive: a community engagement and benefit-sharing plan.

  4. Accelerate

    Validation, MRV and issuance

We support validation and registration in SRUK or with an international standard. We then run field measurement, satellite image analysis and monitoring reports each verification period, with MRV data managed in Carbon+.

You receive: periodic monitoring reports and support through to issuance of Indonesian emission reduction certificates (SPE-GRK) or international credits.

Every tonne traceable for the verifier.

MRV data is often scattered across field reports, photos and spreadsheets, which slows verification. Carbon+ calculates carbon stocks for nature-based projects, keeps MRV data in one place and supports carbon market needs, from IDXCarbon to the voluntary market. For methane or energy projects, IoT meters stream field data straight to the dashboard.
