Products whose impact you can prove.
We measure your product's impact from raw material to end of life, then turn the results into PROPER points, design decisions and data buyers accept.
The biggest impact often lies beyond the fence.
A life cycle assessment (LCA) measures one product's impact at every stage of its life: raw materials, production, distribution, use and end of life. The results show which stage weighs most, so improvements go where they count. If you only need the carbon figure, we build a product carbon footprint with the same method.
One study, used from plant floor to buyer.
PROPER points that count
LCA underpins the beyond-compliance assessment in PROPER, Indonesia's corporate environmental rating, and its critical review report is scored on its own. We prepare the LCA and support the critical review until the report is ready for scoring.

Emissions data Europe accepts
EU importers must now declare the emissions embedded in goods such as steel, aluminium, cement and fertilisers. Without verified actual data from your plant, they fall back on default values that are set deliberately high.

Green claims you can defend
The EU now bans generic environmental claims without proof, and carbon-neutral claims based on offsets, on consumer products. An independently reviewed LCA gives you the basis for the claims you can still make.

Redesign by the numbers
LCA hotspots show which materials, processes or packaging are most worth replacing. Every impact category is visible at once, so fixing one area doesn't move the problem somewhere else.
From goal to a report that passes review.
- Redefine
Set the goal and boundary
We define what the LCA is for, its functional unit, such as one tonne of product, and its system boundary, from cradle-to-gate to cradle-to-grave.
You receive: a goal and scope document to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044.
- Design
Build the life cycle inventory
We record materials, energy, water, emissions and waste at each stage from plant data, then fill upstream gaps with supplier data or LCA databases.
You receive: a documented life cycle inventory (LCI).
- Design
Assess impacts and hotspots
We convert the inventory into impact categories such as climate change, acidification, eutrophication and water scarcity, then test alternative materials and processes.
You receive: impact assessment (LCIA) results, a hotspot map and a list of improvements with their estimated effect.
- Accelerate
Critical review, PCF or EPD
Depending on your goal, we support the PROPER critical review, build a product carbon footprint (PCF) to ISO 14067, or prepare an EPD to ISO 14025. Plant and supplier data then moves onto Carbon+, so the next update is faster.
You receive: an LCA and critical review report, a product carbon footprint, or an environmental product declaration (EPD) ready for verification.
Product data you won't collect twice.
LCA updates often stall because energy, material and supplier data must be gathered again from several departments. Carbon+ keeps activity and emissions data per site, pulls energy data from Energy+ and collects supplier data through a supplier portal. When the next LCA comes round, the inputs are already there.
