Restoration that outlasts its budget.
We choose sites that can recover, design restoration with local communities, and measure the results for years, from survival rates to carbon stock.
Restoring nature to solve real problems.
Nature-based solutions restore mangroves, forests, peatland, riverbanks and former mine sites. Recovered land holds back floods and erosion, stores carbon and creates income for local communities. We design each programme against the IUCN Global Standard, then measure results by what actually grows.
Value that grows with the canopy.
Better-protected assets
Restored mangroves and riverbank vegetation hold back erosion and flooding around your operations. Rewetted peat is far harder to burn.
About 50% of Indonesia's peatland is degraded.

Carbon you can count
Restoration designed with data from day one can be recorded as an emission reduction, and can become carbon units if it meets a methodology. We assess feasibility before the first seedling goes in.
3.14 billion tonnes of carbon stored in Indonesia's mangrove forests.
According to Murdiyarso et al., 2015 and Presidential Regulation 110/2025
Obligations closed with evidence
Biodiversity programmes are scored in PROPER, Indonesia's corporate environmental rating, and companies that damage mangroves must now restore them. The survival and canopy data we monitor each period serves as evidence for both.
According to KLH/BPLH, 2025 and Government Regulation 27/2025
Programmes communities protect
Restoration that pays, such as mud crab farming in mangroves or seedling nurseries, gives residents a reason to look after it. The programme is then far more likely to last beyond its funding.
From site survey to closed canopy.
- Redefine
Choose sites that can recover
We study hydrology, soil, elevation and land history, then map the communities and stakeholders around the site. Mangroves, for example, only grow at the right tidal elevation.
You receive: a site suitability map and a baseline of starting conditions.
- Design
Design restoration and livelihoods
We select local species, choose between planting and assisted natural regeneration, and design community businesses such as silvofishery, nurseries or ecotourism. Carbon feasibility is assessed here so baseline data is captured.
You receive: a restoration design, a livelihood plan and a carbon feasibility assessment.

Plant and maintain with communities
Community groups run the nursery, planting and replanting through the early years. We provide technical support and map every planting point.
You receive: a planting map and survival-rate reports.

Measure what grows
We track survival, canopy cover from satellite imagery, returning wildlife, carbon stock and community income. All data is stored in Biodiv+ and Carbon+.
You receive: periodic monitoring reports, carbon stock calculations and a community impact report.
Already delivered in the field.
Restoration programmes we run with clients and communities.
Restoration data that's ready for audit.
Restoration programmes often leave behind planting photos and little auditable data. Biodiv+ maps restoration areas as polygons, records species and calculates diversity indices, while Carbon+ calculates carbon stock and supports measurement, reporting and verification (MRV). If the programme qualifies, the same data prepares you for the carbon market.
Start with the land you want to restore.
Send us the location and goals of your programme. We'll tell you whether the land can recover and what to measure from day one.
