Emissions targets with a route you can fund.

We build your emissions reduction roadmap with your operations and finance teams, then sequence every step by cost, impact and plant readiness.

A climate pledge you can act on.

A decarbonisation strategy turns an emissions target into a list of actions: what gets done, when, at what cost and who owns it. Steps that save money come first, so their savings help fund the next ones. The result is a roadmap you can take to the board and disclose to investors.

A plan investors read and plants can run.

  • Disclosure-ready transition plans

Investors will read your climate targets, transition plan and progress in the annual report under Indonesia's PSPK 2 disclosure standard. We build the roadmap so it can go straight into that disclosure.

    1 January 2027 PSPK 2 takes effect.

  • Investments priced for carbon

Power plants already trade carbon, and Indonesia's carbon pricing framework also provides for a carbon levy. An internal carbon price in every investment case keeps the boiler or furnace you buy today from becoming tomorrow's burden.

  • Targets ready for validation

The latest SBTi net-zero standard applies from 2027 and asks for more detailed targets by emission source, including the supply chain. We calculate targets against those criteria and prepare the submission documents.

  • First steps that save money

Efficiency in boilers, compressors and motors often pays back fastest while cutting emissions. A marginal abatement cost curve shows which steps save money before you commit major capital.

From baseline to the first step on site.

  1. Redefine

    Baseline and projection

We use your emissions inventory, or build one if you don't have it yet, then project business-as-usual emissions in line with your production plan.

You receive: an emissions baseline and a business-as-usual projection.

  2. Design

    Options and MACC

We identify reduction measures at each site, from energy efficiency and renewables to fuel switching and process change. We then work out the cost, savings and abatement potential of each.

You receive: a marginal abatement cost curve (MACC) for each site.

  3. Design

    Targets and transition plan

We set an ambition that fits your sector, sequence the measures and work out capex needs and funding sources. An internal carbon price goes into every investment case.

You receive: a roadmap, a disclosure-ready transition plan and SBTi validation preparation documents.

  4. Accelerate

    Deliver and track

We prepare feasibility studies for priority measures and support delivery, such as energy efficiency or biomass co-firing. Progress is tracked in Carbon+ and Energy+.

You receive: feasibility studies for priority measures and an annual progress report.

A roadmap that stays current.

Roadmaps often stop at the approved document, while energy prices and production plans keep moving. Carbon+ holds your MACC and internal carbon price, and Energy+ simulates efficiency, fuel switching and renewables from your actual energy data. The two stay in sync, so every tonne you cut shows up in the same inventory.
