Secure supply, compliant discharge.

We map water from source to discharge, test its quality with accredited laboratories, and assess how secure your supply will be.

Water in, water used, water out.

A water audit tells you where your water goes and how much is lost along the way. Water analysis tells you whether your discharge meets its limits and whether your source will last. We do both together, because the answers depend on each other.

Water on record is easier to protect.

  • Lost water, found

The gap between water in and water out usually hides leaks, inaccurate meters or unrecorded use. A water balance finds it, then we calculate savings such as condensate return and reuse of treated water.

  • Discharge within its limits

Wastewater limits are set in your technical approval and keep being revised sector by sector. We sample, test at accredited laboratories and evaluate your treatment plant before inspectors arrive.

  • Supply that holds up

Long dry seasons, falling groundwater and tighter permits can disrupt production with little warning. We assess the risk at catchment level, starting with WRI Aqueduct screening and following up with field data.

  • PROPER points from water conservation

Water conservation and lower pollution loads help decide Green and Gold in PROPER, Indonesia's corporate environmental rating. The water balance and reuse data from your audit become evidence at verification.

From intake to outfall.

  1. Redefine

    Map flows and obligations

We trace sources, points of use and outfalls, check meter accuracy, then match them against your monitoring obligations, including online wastewater monitoring (SPARING) where it applies.

You receive: a water flow map and a list of monitoring obligations.

  2. Redefine

    Measure and test

We measure flow where there are no meters and sample raw water and wastewater. Samples are tested at accredited laboratories using APHA, ASTM, USEPA or ISO methods.

You receive: flow data and a water quality report.

  3. Design

Build the balance, risks and options

We close the water balance, calculate water intensity per product, and assess source availability and catchment risk. We then rank savings, reuse and treatment plant improvements.

You receive: a water balance, a risk map and technical recommendations.

  4. Accelerate

    Monitor and report

We install meters and sensors through Data Acquisition & Measurement and feed the data into Waste+. It is then ready for PROPER, your environmental monitoring reports (RKL-RPL) and your sustainability report.

You receive: ongoing monitoring and report-ready data.

All your water data in one dashboard.

Water data usually sits in meter logs, lab results and semi-annual reports prepared separately. Waste+ now manages water data too, so consumption, discharge quality and compliance are recorded in one place. Sensors from Data Acquisition & Measurement keep it filled in real time.
