Turn waste costs into products that sell.
We map your waste streams, test the options, then design and install systems that turn them into energy, materials or products you can sell.
Every waste stream has its own route.
Waste-to-X assesses each waste stream in your plant and picks the route that makes most sense, from prevention to energy recovery. The type of waste shapes the options, because hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste follow different rules for storage, transport and reuse. Once the route is clear, we design and install the equipment.
Waste that stops being a burden.
Lower hauling costs
Waste used on site no longer needs to be trucked out and paid for at a third-party processor. Storage space frees up too, which lowers the risk of exceeding permitted storage periods.
New products from leftovers
Plastics and tyres that can't be recycled can become fuel oil and char, while biomass becomes charcoal or biochar. We test the market before any equipment goes in, so you know who the buyer is from the start.
Credit in PROPER
PROPER, Indonesia's corporate environmental rating, assesses how you manage hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste, and waste reduction is now a new indicator. Recorded generation and utilisation data is your evidence.
According to KLH/BPLH, 2025
Reuse that's legal
Reusing waste, particularly B3 waste and coal fly and bottom ash (FABA), needs the approval that matches its type. We prepare the characterisation and documents with our permitting team before the equipment is installed.
According to Government Regulation 22/2021 and Environment and Forestry Ministerial Regulation 6/2021
From waste audit to a working system.
- Redefine
Audit your waste streams
We map every waste stream, its volume and what it costs to manage today, then test its composition, moisture and contaminants in the lab.
You receive: a waste stream map with costs, and characterisation results.
- Design
Choose the technology and pilot it
We compare suitable technologies, from biogas, black soldier fly larvae and composting to carbonisation, pyrolysis, refuse-derived fuel (RDF) and drying, then test them at pilot scale. Economics, product markets and approval requirements are worked out at this stage.
You receive: a technology comparison, pilot results and an economic model.
- Design
Engineer the system and prepare approvals
We design the system around your waste volume and characteristics, and prepare the utilisation approval with our permitting team.
You receive: a technical design and approval documents.
- Pyrolysis reactor · from 100 kg/h
- Rotary dryer · from 500 kg/h
- Moving bed dryer · from 2 t/h
- Solar dryer · community scale

Install, train, record
We install and commission the equipment, train your operators, then record waste generation and utilisation in Waste+.
You receive: a working system run by trained operators and waste data that keeps flowing.
A waste balance that's ready whenever it's checked.
Waste generation, manifests and utilisation are often logged separately by different teams. Waste+ pulls them together from source to final destination in one waste balance, so the effect of new equipment shows up in the numbers straight away. Your team simply reviews when a report is due.
Tell us what waste you want to reuse.
Share the type and monthly volume. We can design the system, operate it jointly with you, or support your own project.
